WHAT IT IS
500 RISK, fixed. Every whole RISK in a wallet is one RiskLAB piece. Fractions stay tokens.
RISK is the token of Risk Labs, the studio behind ELA and FundByHook. It trades like a token and shows up like an NFT: every whole RISK in your wallet is one RiskLAB piece, an artwork drawn onchain. Fees on each buy and each sell fund the lab. Holders get the piece. For each new project it ships, the lab also commits two things: an airdrop of part of that project’s supply to wallets holding at least 1 piece, and a portion of its fees to RISK holders. Commitments, not code.
500 RISK, fixed. Every whole RISK in a wallet is one RiskLAB piece. Fractions stay tokens.
The team wallet. 1% of each buy, 10% of each sell and a weekly draw of 1% of the pool’s ETH land there. It pays for the lab: ELA, FundByHook and the next experiment.
One RiskLAB piece per whole RISK, by code. And the lab’s word, not code: for every new project it ships, an airdrop of part of that project’s supply to wallets holding at least 1 piece, and a portion of its fees to RISK holders.
Buy 1 RISK and a RiskLAB piece appears in your wallet. Sell it and the piece burns. Send the piece and the token goes with it.
Nothing to mint, wrap or bridge. The token and the piece are the same asset, seen two ways.
Smart-contract wallets hold RISK without pieces until they opt in.
Move the balance. Every whole RISK is a piece.

The page reads Ethereum and lays out the RISK and the RiskLAB pieces of any wallet. No connection, no signature.
The piece is code. The airdrops and the fee share are the lab’s word: nothing in the RISK contracts enforces them, no amount or snapshot date is published, and nothing from new projects reaches holders today.
The airdrop rule looks at pieces, not at the token balance: at least 1 piece. A balance under 1 RISK holds none, and a smart-contract wallet holds none until it opts in. How an airdrop is split between eligible wallets is not published.
One RiskLAB piece per whole RISK in your wallet, yours to keep, send or show.
For every new project Risk Labs launches, part of that project’s supply is committed to an airdrop for RiskLAB holders. The rule: at least 1 piece in the wallet, so at least 1 whole RISK.
Risk Labs commits a portion of the fees from every new project it ships to RISK holders.
When you buy, your ETH goes into a Uniswap v4 pool. A hook owns all the liquidity: nobody else can add any. ETH leaves the pool in two ways only: a holder sells, or the team calls the weekly draw. The contracts have no owner, no setter, no pause and no upgrade.
Three flows of ETH reach the team wallet, all fixed in the code: 1% of each buy, 10% of the ETH out of each sell, and a draw of 1% of the pool’s ETH, at most once every 7 days.
The draw leaves every token in the pool, so each one lowers the price, by just under 1% at most. The same wallet holds the lab’s RISK: see The 100 RISK below.
Buy or sell RISK.
Your ETH sits here. It leaves when someone sells, or through the weekly draw.
1% of buys, 10% of sells, 1% of the pool a week at most.
What that wallet pays for: ELA, FundByHook, the next experiment. Our word, not code.
Not from this pool. What the lab commits to holders comes from new projects: an airdrop of part of each project’s supply to wallets holding at least 1 piece, and a portion of its fees to RISK holders. Our word, not code: no amount, no rate and no payout mechanism is published.
500 RISK exist. 400 opened in the pool. 100 went to the lab wallet at launch, the same wallet the contract pays the fees to.
They are there to reward the projects and the users who help the lab move forward. 26 have left the wallet so far: 25 to the top ELA holders, 1 to an X account that supports the lab. Nothing in the code locks the rest: the lab can move them at any time, and every transfer is public.
Here is everything the team gets: 100 of the 500 RISK at launch, 1% of each buy, 10% of the ETH out of each sell, and a draw of 1% of the pool’s ETH at most once every 7 days.
Here is what the code rules out: removing the liquidity outside that draw, changing a rate, pausing trading, upgrading the contracts. There is no owner.
What a holder gets by code is the piece. The airdrops and the share of new project fees are the lab’s word, not code. Both lists are public: judge from them.
When you sell, 10% of the ETH out goes to the team wallet and you receive the other 90%. It is the main way the lab is funded, and it makes leaving expensive: count it before you buy.
The rate is a constant in the contract. Nobody can raise it, and nobody can lower it.
One RiskLAB piece per whole RISK, yours to keep, send or show.
The airdrops: for every new project Risk Labs launches, part of that project’s supply is committed to an airdrop for RiskLAB holders. The rule is at least 1 piece, so at least 1 whole RISK.
And the fee share: Risk Labs commits a portion of the fees from every new project it ships to RISK holders. Both are the lab’s word, not code. In the RISK contracts every fee goes to the team wallet, and no amount, percentage or payout mechanism is published.
Any wallet that holds at least 1 RiskLAB piece, so at least 1 whole RISK. A balance under 1 RISK holds no piece. A smart-contract wallet holds no piece until it opts in, so it does not qualify until then.
Paste a wallet in Show your pieces above to see if it holds one. No airdrop has happened so far, and no amount or snapshot date is published.
Both. RISK is an ERC-20 with a fixed supply of 500. Every whole RISK held by a regular wallet mirrors as one RiskLAB ERC-721.
Drop below a whole number, by selling or sending, and a piece leaves your wallet: the last one in its list, normally the last you received. A sell burns it; a whole RISK sent to another regular wallet takes its piece along. Smart-contract wallets hold RISK without pieces until they opt in.
To reward the projects and the users who help the lab. 26 have left the wallet so far: 25 to the top ELA holders, 1 to an X account that supports the lab. Nothing in the code locks the rest.
Not in one go. Only the hook can add liquidity, once, at launch, and the only way to remove any is the weekly draw: 1% of the pool’s ETH, at most once every 7 days.
The lab wallet can also sell the RISK it holds, like any holder.
The pool keeps working. There is nothing to switch off: you can still buy and sell, the 1% and the 10% still go to the team wallet, and the weekly draw only happens when the team calls it.
The piece stays yours. The airdrops and the fee share are the lab’s word: they last as long as the lab does.
